This Site describes an application that is in development and not yet released. It is informational. 3. The launch details

Providing your contact information through the Launch Details inquiry means we will email you when there is something to tell you. It does not guarantee access to the app, a particular launch date, a price, or a place in any queue. Expressing interest in testing does not guarantee selection as a tester. If you are selected, testing will be governed by a separate written agreement.

4. Intellectual property

The Site and its contents — inclusive of but not limited to text, design, graphics, and the Heka name and logo — are owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. You may read and share links to the Site. You may not copy, republish, or reuse its contents for commercial purposes without our written permission.

• Submit false information, or someone else's email address without their permission.
